Genesis

Kendriya Vidyalaya NHPC Sainj a project school was established on 1st April 2002. This new educational initiative, backed by the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC), aims to provide quality education to the children of the region. By fostering a strong learning environment, the school will contribute to the overall development of the community, with modern facilities and a dedicated focus on academic excellence and holistic growth.

The Vidyalaya has been producing 100% result every year. Though located at a hard station but the students had been excelling at School Level, Regional Level and National Level events.Gradual expansion in classes and sections is leading to increase in quantity as well as quality of education, which is given below:

For overall development of the students, following games and sports facilities are being provided:
